How do I order on Here
Ordering is fast, safe and easy. Add the items you’d like to your cart then follow our simple checkout process. Once you order has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation.
How long will it take to get my order?
We usually ship out orders in 2-4 days, and use 2-3 day delivery for all domestic orders. For out of the country please allow 10-12 days for delivery. When the package is sent, we automatically send an order confirmation email. The email includes the tracking number which will allow you to track your package’s location If you somehow do not receive the email, please contact us and we will resend you the email.
Do you ship internationally?

Is it safe to checkout?
Yes! We use different security measure to ensure that all your information is kept safe. Crystal Carvings uses Encryption technology everywhere!

We accept Paypal, American Express, MasterCard, Discover and Visa.
Ordering
I need to change something on my order? How can I do that?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please send us a message as soon as possible so we can swap it before we ship it. Our fulfillment team generally processes orders within 1-3 days. Once items are shipped. If we do ship the wrong item we will be happy to return it and swap it out for you.
What is your return policy?
We have a (30) day return/exchange policy. The product must meet certain criteria prior to be eligible for a return.
Are there customs fees for international orders?
All custom fees are included with international orders in our new Flat Rate International Order shipping option.
